Steve Jobs, the co-founder and former CEO of Apple Inc., was diagnosed with a rare form of pancreatic cancer called neuroendocrine tumor in 2003. Initially, he opted for alternative treatments and delayed surgery, which led to speculation and controversy. Eventually, in 2004, he underwent surgery to remove the tumor.
