CAP accreditation for Alzahra

To end 2019 on a great note, I’m pleased to announce that Al Zahra Hospital Dubai (AZHD)’s laboratory has been accredited today by the Laboratory Accreditation Program (LAP) of the College of American Pathologists (CAP), the world’s largest organization of board-certified pathologists.
CAP-accredited laboratories pass comprehensive evaluations to ensure that test results are always accurate and thus patients diagnoses are also accurate. Accreditation by the CAP is an attestation to excellence in patient care and confidence in AZHD’s laboratory practices.
We are so grateful to our outstanding laboratory team, spending huge efforts over more than 2 years to prepare for and accomplish the prestigious CAP accreditation and become one of the few CAP-accredited labs in the UAE.
